This old and abandoned medical facility was once a functioning building that was used by many of the residents of the town. As time passed, it was abandoned and became vandalized and tarnished. In 2001, two history enthusiasts purchased the building and began to renovate it. They now give spooky haunted ghost tours and throw events around holiday seasons. The old hospital is an entertaining gem unique to Fairdale that both young and old will enjoy.
